Swift cottage - Has two bedrooms, 1 double and a twin + bathroom with a pressure shower. The cottage was converted from a barn - keeping its old beams and oak flooring.  A touch of today and yesterday. One small step leading to bedrooms/bathroom and front door.

Set within its own garden - the front leading out onto the the unique horse-shoe court yard and gardens.

.The lounge  has a television/dvd player  mounted on the wall - but hey who needs the tv when there is so much more to do in Cornwall. Please sit out in the evening and look at the lovely stars and listen to the wild life and country sounds. Its amazing.

All our cottages include electricity, quality linens and towels, so no nasty suprises.

The kitchen area - a new kitchen with a washing machine, cooker/oven, fridge/icebox no freezer. micro wave. It has many utensils from frying pan to cake tins for the cooks who would like to make that special meal. We love you to bake cakes, we like homemade cakes so any left overs are welcome.

Bedroom photos to be added: We travel a lot and I am very particular  when it comes to sleeping- so it is important to us that you get a good nights sleep in a comfortable bed with fresh clean sheets and good pillows. All the beds have and extra mattress toppers on them for that added comfort. (I still take my own pillows with me where ever I go.) that's how fussy I am. so it really is important that you enjoy a good peaceful and comfortable nights sleep. If your pillows are not suitable please just ask me for a change. If you like a top sheet or flannel sheets just request these when you book. Hairdryer in bedroom.

A walled patio area with a gate for those with small children.No steps  Outside the garden there are lawns with swings for the children to play on - children can safety run around and play- the property leads onto to farm land - which you can see the cows from. Children can run around freely. Lovely for the big children to sit out in the evening taking, when the little children are tucked up in bed. Take in the peace and quiet and looking at the stars with a glass of wine to unwind and you can really see every star here. In August there are lots of shooting stars. Parking space.

Higher Penhole Farm Cottages are within 15 minutes from Looe, Polperro, Bodmin Moors. 20 minutes to the Eden Project. We are within easy reach for you to tour and explore Cornwall from here the South Coast to the North Coast in 30 minutes. Explore Dartmoor. Get lost in our many maze lanes - we do. If it has grass in the middle of the road you are lost - have fun finding out where it goes.
