Swallows a two bedroomed cottage - one with a kingsize bed and twin bedroom. Swallows is the big sister of Swift and are side by side of each other. Often booked for families who like to holiday together, but also like to have their own space. The kitchen and lounge are seperate. It has two small steps with hand rail leading from the kitchen to the lounge and another two leading from the lounge to the bedrooms/bathroom.
Swallows has a private lawned garden behind and is just yards from a large communal garden with lawns for children to run freely and play on the swings. Farm land surrounds Higher Penhole Farm and you can see the cows in the fields at the back of Swallows. Higher Penhole Farm Cottages are within easy reach for Looe, Polpero, Eden Project and moorlands, Bodmin and Dartmoor. An excellent location to travel and see Cornwall. From here the South coast to the North coast in 30 minutes. To sea and moorland in 15 minutes. Come and explore our many maze lanes that are still not sign posted. If its got grass in the middle then you are lost.
