This delightful set of 10 recently converted cottages were originally part of a 17th century courtyard of barns, set in 3 acres of communal gardens. The cottages form 3 sides of square surrounding the courtyard which has been landscaped into a peaceful suntrap. All of the cottages have been converted to a high standard recieving 4 stars from the english tourist board. Situated perfectly just 10 minutes from Looe or Polperro in peaceful countryside and only 25 minutes from the spectacular Eden project you can stay in peace and still access all the best in cornwall.All the cottages have been converted to a high specification to give you a really luxurious Holiday.

We have 1 bed cottages like Willows, a selection of 2 Bed cottages Wagtail, Swift, Swallows, Mowhay and a really huge 3 Bed Barn Kingfisher.

Every cottage has its own dedicated parking space and private patio/garden area.

Two large lawned play areas with swings, we are in the country and very safe for young children.

We are happy to accomodate dogs in Willows and Wagtails cottages, both have ample outside areas. We are surrounded by beautiful countryside ideal for walking with your four legged friends, not all beaches welcome dogs but a list of those that do can be found at. www.cornwall-beaches.co.uk/dog.php
